I'm in the military. Will DFAS reimburse me if I stay with your company?

  • Absolutely. The JFTR protects the military travler in your situation. Take a look at our Military Guest section to the left for detailed information and answers.


If my military orders get changed, can I get out of the lease?

  • Yes. With a copy of your changed orders, our military clause unconditionally releases you from your lease. We just ask for as much notice as you can give.

How long does it take you to place me into a condo?

  • We can have it ready for you with as little as 48 hours notice. (2 business days)

Do you require a minimum stay?

  • Our minimum stay requirement is 30 days. We may, however have opportunities to offer shorter terms, based upon your situation.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash, personal and corporate checks, and major credit cards. For cash and check clients, we require a major credit card on file.

Do you require a deposit?

  • Yes, we require a deposit to hold a condo or apartment. (Special military policies apply)


What about utilities?

  • All utilities are provided for you as a part of your daily rate (with certain limits.) The utility services are hooked up in our company name and the bills come directly to us.

Do you allow pets in your condos or apartments?

  • Not normally, but we can tackle this one an a case by case basis. If we do allow pets, there are 2 deposits generally required, one refundable, and one non-refundable.

What can I expect to be included in my condo?

  • The unit is completely furnished; you just need to bring your clothes and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, all china and glassware. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed.  Details like artwork and plants give the living and dining areas the feeling of home. We feature  a washer and dryer in the unit. Although our condo is beautifully furnished, we can customize our furnishings package to meet the individual needs of the guest.

What is included in the cost?

  • Your rent includes everythig you need for a comfortable and worry free stay.  A fully equipped condo, local high speed internet service, cable television (200+ channels and 35+ movie channels as well as Showtime on Demand) and utilities. Tax is included in the rental rate. The only additional charges would be for extra requests such as a fax machine, baby crib, rollaway bed, etc. Reasonable cleaning charges upon move out are included in your rent, but damages and excessive cleaning will be charged.

How am I billed?

  • Each guest is required to provide a valid credit card number and expiration date at the time the reservation is made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or checks. You will be billed monthly in advance or at the end of the month, whichever you prefer.  We will provide an invoice for the charges, and we will use your credit card to guarantee payment for any charges.

How do I register and find my apartment?

  • We will fax or email the reservation agreement to you for signature prior to your arrival day. When the requested information is returned we will provide you with instructions on how you may obtain the keys to your condo.
